Details: Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a global manufacturer in Irvine to help identify an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for immediate hire. In this role you assist with all aspects of AR, credit and collections. You will perform full cycle AR including cash posting, reconciliation, and maintaining aging; assess the credit risk and viability of potential and existing clients; establish credit limits; analyze customer financial statements pertaining to credit line applications; provide financial guidance for order management support with supply chains and marketing units to control credit use while minimizing dispute ad upholding effective payment; maintain aging reports; coordinate collection calls to obtain accounts receivable and bargain disputes. This is all business to business. Pay will be based on experience. Position is long term temp in nature at this time. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. To apply, submit resume to day.
