Details: Billing Clerk Synico Staffing is hiring a temporary Billing Clerk Level for a fortune 200 banking institute in Minneapolis,MN. Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00/hr Duties: • Customer Account reconciliations • Invoicing: Protobase and Fusebox – Including mailing, emailing and spreadsheets • Setup new customers in Oracle Daily • Epicor Cancellations – in Coda with Adjustments to Oracle • Contract Cancellations: Assist with Daily customers converting to Fusebox and determining refunds if any. • Backup for calls and email inquiries: Customers questioning validity of annual fees with the announced sunset date for ProtoBAse • Sending out contracts, collecting from customers and managing entry in corporate databases • Filing PDS contracts and pulling for monthly ach • Cash receipts ( credit cards, wires and lockbox) Billing Clerk Source: Career Builder - Accounting
