Details: Accounting & Treasury Coordinator Reports to: Director of Accounting and Treasury Department: General Accounting Classification: Non-Exempt Division: Corporate Last update: March 16, 2016 JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Accounting and Treasury, the Accounting & Treasury Coordinator will perform a wide variety of accounting and finance tasks in support of the treasury and accounting functions within the General Accounting department . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain detailed schedules of bank activity * Work with the banks to research bank activity as needed * Monitor bank fees and analyze trends for cost effectiveness * Post cash receipts in an accurate and timely manner * Assist with the issuance of bonds, bank guarantees and letters of credit * Assist in the annual renewal of the insurance programs * Maintain schedules of all paid insurance premiums and assist with the coding of the invoices * Assist in the analysis of customer credit requ ests * Coordinate inter-company loan activity * Maintain detailed spreadsheets of all test currency activity and assist with the reconciliation of the account * Assist in the preparation of monthly sales and use tax returns * Prepare invoices for wire transfer * Provide support to the Accounting Department as needed Source: Career Builder - Accounting
