Customer Service/Account Specialist

Details: Customer Service/Account Specialist for Manufacturer of Medical Devices in Irvine Temporary project for about 3 months or longer; pay $16-20/hour, depending on experience. Hours 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. There is some flexibility on hours due to East coast partners). Please submit resume for immediate consideration Essential Responsibilities: * Take customer and distributor orders via phone, fax, and email. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding status of orders * Responsible for all data entry of orders * Communicate customer expectations/orders/requirements to Management as well as Shipping, *Production, and Accounting Depts. *Handle high volume, sometimes escalated calls with professionalism * Resolve issues of customer order discrepancies related to pricing, delivery, freight charges, etc., * Responsible for new account set up. * Document, assist and provide follow-up of customer complaints and problems. * Commence the process for Return Goods Authorization in accordance with SOPs. * Provide inventory, data entry or other administrative assistance for warehouse team, as necessary.
